What is INC-20A?

A mandatory declaration filed within 180 days of incorporation confirming that the company has actually started business operations. Must include proof that shareholders have paid for their shares.

Penalty for missing INC-20A

Company fined ₹50,000. Each director fined ₹1,000 per day until filed. Company cannot legally commence or continue business without this.
